Tarptautinis kurčiųjų sporto komitetas plėtoja kurčiųjų kūno kultūrą visame pasaulyje, tose šalyse, kuriose ji nepopuliari, reguliariai rengia tarptautines varžybas. Devizas: „Lygūs sporto dėka!“ Būstinė – JAV. 2000 m. turėjo 76 narius.
